Working with Mark and the team at Higginson Homes was hands down one of the best decisions we made. From day one, their focus on quality and attention to detail really stood out. Every stage of the build was handled with care, professionalism, and a level of craftsmanship that is second to none.
What truly set them apart, though, was the communication. Mark was always available to chat, explain things clearly, and provide updates without us ever having to chase him up. We had a lot of ideas (and changes!) along the way and, honestly, we weren’t the easiest clients—but nothing was ever a problem. Mark was always patient, open-minded, and flexible, working with us to bring our vision to life
Beyond the technical side, it was just a pleasure dealing with such genuine, down-to-earth people. We felt supported and respected every step of the way, which made the entire experience surprisingly enjoyable.
